community developments

RPA architects are proud to have been associated with a number of community projects – typically they are the result of a huge amount of work from a great many people and they require drive, enthusiasm and belief to bring them to fruition.

We have the experience to assist from an early stage, working with user groups to establish project specific requirements and with local authorities, town councils and trustees to help bring certainty to a project by developing designs whilst tireless fundraising efforts are in hand.

As lead consultant we are able to help our clients assemble a team which is dedicated to achieving a successful outcome and has the necessary expertise to deliver the benefits which collaborative working can bring.

Examples: harwell village hall, edmonds park sports pavilion

commercial projects

RPA Architects have been involved in the design and development of offices, manufacturing, retail and training facilities throughout the UK. The requirement for office and retail space in particular is not limited to town centre sites and we have been instrumental in the development of rural and out of town provision which has been enormously successful.

We have the knowledge and expertise to lead and work alongside large design teams and national contractors in the delivery of flagship facilities. Our understanding of corporate decision making processes and the importance of high quality motivational and collaborative project management have meant continued success in this field and we are always keen to expand our involvement for commercial clients large and small.

If you have a commercial project in mind, whether it involves building a new facility, converting or extending existing premises, please contact us. We are keen to learn what it is you have in mind and we will be happy to outline the architectural services we can offer, tailoring them to your specific needs.

Examples: vw group national learning centrevw group national resource centre, windmill road
