Our knowledge of relevant existing and emerging planning policy is important here. Rural opportunities exist and the regeneration of brownfield sites plays an important part in the sustainable revitalisation of our town and city centres. Inefficient land-use can be identified and in these circumstances we are frequently able to offer clients innovative advice and secure valuable consents.

Our experience in the retail sector extends from specialist individual premises such as beauty salons and bars to one-off retail warehouses and the phased regeneration and extension of out-of-town retail parks. Our work in this area has led to involvement not only with retail clients, but also manufacturers, importers and distributors.

Work in healthcare has ranged from the construction of regional training and headquarters facilities for St John Ambulance to phased alteration and new-build work at Primary Health Care level.
